Brothers Matthew and Michael Kelly learned the intricacies of fine home construction the old fashioned way – through experience. They spent their summer breaks during high school and college working on construction sites and saw firsthand what worked well and what was missing in the building industry. When they launched Kelly Builders & Developers in 1993 they had one clear mission: to bring the highest level of professionalism to every job. That meant hiring only trained, reputable contractors and subcontractors, using high-quality materials on every project and providing homeowners with a detailed, streamlined project list so there were no “gray” areas and no delays.
